BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I was terrified of going. Really scared. After my alignment last week, I cried. But this time... not from pain. I cried because I was so happy to finally NOT feel pain in my lower back. So glad my husband convinced me to go. I am so thankful. See you again tomorrow!!!!"

  • "Dr. Mazure is truly amazing and makes you feel as though he has been your friend for years. I always leave a New Person."

  • "I throw my back out a lot and Dr. Mazure is always available to help make things better. My husband has been seeing him on a regular basis for a few years now and there is no one else we would allow to adjust us.

You have the best staff around. And the massage therapist, Megan, absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much for always working your magic!!!"
